  • Reservation : $2000 by wire or credit card or check
  • At contract:
    • 10%
    • Contract must be signed within 15 days of reservation
  • 4 months from contract date:

                  10% by wire transfer

  • 8 months from contract date:
    • 10% by wire transfer

Please Note:

Buyer must apply for financing within 30 days of reservation for financing with a Panamanian bank. Total of 30% down payment is required on all purchases.
