It is a 55-minute drive or 46 miles to the town of Bejuco. Once in Bejuco, make a right turn at the Altos del Maria gate/sign, if you are coming from Panama City, and then you will have a 20-minute drive, or 11 miles to our unbelievably beautiful, high mountain paradise.

At Altos del Maria we specialize in selling lots and our owners build their homes any way they want. The prices for the lots range from $40,000 to $350,000 depending on the morphology of the lot, its size and its view. The sizes of the lots go anywhere from ¼ of an acre to two acres

There are no time restrictions, you can buy your lot today and start construction tomorrow or in 10 years, it is completely up to you. Construction costs are between $50.00 and $70.00 per square foot depending on the materials and finishes you choose.

We also sell homes already built. Our houses range in size from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet and in price from $150,000 to $320,000 (including the lot).
